In one of the most unique and private settings, purespace's commitment to customization is clear. Our illustrated by one-on-one private training sessions spanning any format, date, time and specific to your wellness journey. Ideal if you are not wanting to share your space with others, the session is just you and your instructor,
These sessions can be done at our cozy, fire-place laden studio or in the convenience of your home either with a live private virtual session or a recorded customized private session.
A minimum of a weekly commitment will allow you a deeper connection and understanding of the format and to your instructor. Formats include Pilates, TRX, Yoga, Barre, and Personal Training.
Our studio boasts a wide array of top-of-the-line classical Pilates equipment like the reformer, tower, chair, highchair, ladder barrel, barrels and Cadillac, as well as TRX straps, yoga props, weights, a surround sound stereo system and more to make your experience truly yours.

If you love working out with others, but you either are looking to train with your "regulars" or in an intimate environment, semi-privates are for you. Routine sessions are held for you and up to two other clients with your instructor.
These customized semi-private offerings are tailored to a particular skill level and collective needs of the participants and are done at our studio or in the convenience of your home with a live semi-private virtual session.
