pureFLOW: pureFlow is a Hatha & Vinyasa style yoga class. This class will flow through poses matching breath to help build strength, increase flexibility and create balance in both mind and body. The deep and focused breath cultivated will help to still and calm the mind. Modifications and props are utilized to fit poses to each individual body.
pureFLOW Strength: pureFlow STRENGTH is an alignment based Vinyasa yoga class. This class will flow through poses matching breath with an emphasis on strength building while increasing flexibility and balance both in mind and body. pureFLOW Stretch: pureFlow STRETCH is an alignment based Vinyasa yoga class. This class will flow through poses matching breath to help relieve tension, create space in the body, and increase flexibility. The deep and focused breath cultivated will help to still and calm the mind. Modifications and props are utilized to fit poses to each individual body.
pureRELEASE: This class will focus on releasing the body from bound up tension and help to get it moving more freely. We'll work to regain better range of motion through a combination of mobility strengthening & stretching, self-myofascial release, and supported shapes for deeper opening. From strength training to yoga to Spinning, this is the perfect complement to ANY fitness routine.
pureCALM: End the day with peace and calm by carving out a few quiet moments for yourself. This session will include simple stretching to release hidden tension, calming breath and guided visualization. A beautiful way to end your day.
Tower: This class incorporates more challenging exercises with an emphasis on rhythm, breath and flow and utilizing the Tower apparatus with Pilates techniques.
Reformer: A 55 minute semi-private (up to 4 people) session using the reformer, mat, tower, chair and small apparatus. No experience required, but we do recommend our 4 private sessions before joining a group setting.
Mat: A combination of multi-level mat exercises designed to test your stamina and strength. Magic circles, Therabands and Triad balls may be incorporated to increase the challenge of the exercises. Be prepared for a great workout that will leave you feeling longer, leaner, taller and balanced.
Pilates PLUS: This is not your average Pilates Mat class! This mixed level mat class is a chance to explore the many varieties and benefits of mat exercises! Each week will focus on a different topic. How about a Pilates mat class with weights? Or a mat class with 20 minutes of butt and leg burning exercises? Maybe you’d enjoy a mat class that includes 20 minutes of arm shaping exercises. Or a class that helps you to find your neutral pelvis to really activate those lower abdominals. The possibilities are endless! This is the perfect chance to strengthen the skills you have & learn new ones.
Spinning™ : The Spinning® program is the original and most popular group cycling class. With no complicated moves to learn, a motivating group environment, expert instructors, and great music, you'll find yourself having a blast while you ride your way to a leaner, stronger body.
TRX: TRX is an approach to strength training using your own body weight to build strength, power, flexibility, balance, and mobility. Suspension training develops physical strength while using functional movements and dynamic positions. Each workout gives you a full body workout while maintaining alignment with proper form using core engagement. Perfect for all fitness levels.
pureLYbarre: a high intensity, low impact workout that incorporates lower, upper and core exercises with a focus on balance, flexibility, mobility, and strength through a fusion of ballet, yoga, Pilates, aerobics and strength training. Props include the use of the ballet barre, a Pilates ball, light hand weights, and resistance bands. purelyBARRE is appealing and approachable for all fitness levels and ages. You will leave each class feeling healthy, strong, and powerful!

pureSTRENGTH: A head to toe strength based workout using dumbbells, balls, the TRX and your own body weight. Build strength and tone your entire body in this 45 minute class.
pureSTRENGTH +core: Build a strong foundation using body weight, dumbbells, resistance bands or be creative!
