Tower:  A 45 minute Tower class (up to 8 clients) incorporates more challenging exercises with an emphasis on rhythm, breath and flow and utilizing the Tower apparatus with Pilates techniques. 

Semi-private: A 45 minute semi-private (up to 3 clients) session using the reformer, mat, tower, chair and small apparatus. No experience required, but we do recommend 3 private sessions before joining a semi-private setting. (Enrollment by purespace staff)

PilatesPLUS Mat: A 60 minute class (up to 8 clients). This is not your average Pilates Mat class! This mixed level mat class is a chance to explore the many varieties and benefits of mat exercises! Each week will focus on a different topic. How about a Pilates mat class with weights? Or a mat class with 20 minutes of butt and leg burning exercises? Maybe you’d enjoy a mat class that includes 20 minutes of arm shaping exercises. Or a class that helps you to find your neutral pelvis to really activate those lower abdominals. The possibilities are endless! This is the perfect chance to strengthen the skills you have & learn new ones. Be prepared for a great workout that will leave you feeling longer, leaner, taller and balanced.
