FLOW: pureFlow is a Hatha & Vinyasa style yoga class. This class will flow through poses matching breath to help build strength, increase flexibility and create balance in both mind and body. The deep and focused breath cultivated will help to still and calm the mind. Modifications and props are utilized to fit poses to each individual body.
pureFLOW Strength: pureFlow STRENGTH is an alignment based Vinyasa yoga class. This class will flow through poses matching breath with an emphasis on strength building while increasing flexibility and balance both in mind and body. pureFLOW Stretch: pureFlow STRETCH is an alignment based Vinyasa yoga class. This class will flow through poses matching breath to help relieve tension, create space in the body, and increase flexibility. The deep and focused breath cultivated will help to still and calm the mind. Modifications and props are utilized to fit poses to each individual body.
KIDS Yoga: As adults we know the many benefits yoga can bring to us and often wish we had started sooner! Introducing this to kids in a fun way will help make yoga a lifetime practice. In our 6 week series (click here for dates and information), kids of all ages learn about body awareness and how to manage the stresses in their lives in a healthy way. You’ll see improvements in concentration and an increase in their confidence and positive self-image. Through poses any tensions are stretched away, balance is improved, and muscles are strengthened. Kids will learn how to connect to their breath deeper and integrate mind and body together for meditation and relaxation.
Tower: This class incorporates more challenging exercises with an emphasis on rhythm, breath and flow and utilizing the Tower apparatus with Pilates techniques.
Reformer: A 55 minute semi-private (up to 4 people) session using the reformer, mat, tower, chair and small apparatus. No experience required, but we do recommend our 4 private sessions before joining a group setting.
Mat: A combination of multi-level mat exercises designed to test your stamina and strength. Magic circles, Therabands and Triad balls may be incorporated to increase the challenge of the exercises. Be prepared for a great workout that will leave you feeling longer, leaner, taller and balanced.
Buff Bones: Buff Bones is a medically-endorsed, full body workout for bone strengthening and balance, using Pilates, strength training, functional movement, and rehabilitative exercise. Each class will feature a 60 minute workout dedicated to the health of your bones through Pilates Mat & Tower. Buff Bones is for all ages and safe for those with osteoporosis.
purefit360: This upbeat cardio & core-based class will build strength, power, flexibility, balance & mobility with cardio movements mixed with core driven functional training to help improve posture and performance. Focus on muscle isolation and increase to your cardiovascular endurance. Training with floor & mat work. Class includes restorative work focusing on deep stretching and a relaxing cool down. Lots of options offered for all experience and fitness levels. You will leave class feeling invigorated, accomplished and stronger each time!
pureSTRENGTH: A head to toe strength based workout using dumbbells, balls, the TRX and your own body weight. Build strength and tone your entire body in this 45 minute class.
purefitCORE: purefitCORE is a full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and Pilates-inspired movements focusing on core activation as the center of gravity. Body weight and added resistance incorporating bands and free weights will be used to engage every muscle in your body and strengthen your abdominal muscles, hips & posterior chain. Bonus: lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising will kick up the cardio just a notch and provide stress relief! h to transform our drumming section of class into an incredibly effective way of working out & breaking a sweat, which also feels like an amazing stress reliever! This class is modifiable and is designed to challenge all fitness levels..

TRX: TRX is an approach to strength training using your own body weight to build strength, power, flexibility, balance, and mobility. Suspension training develops physical strength while using functional movements and dynamic positions. Each workout gives you a full body workout while maintaining alignment with proper form using core engagement. Perfect for all fitness levels.
BeyondBarre™ Strengthen & Sculpt: Aunique ballet barre workout that includes, body sculpting, core strengthening, fat burning, and muscle isolation. We accomplish this through the use of light weights, the ballet barre, and mat workouts. Barre is a fun exercise experience for any age group! You will feel accomplished and excited after every workout!
BeyondBarre™ FitCardio: A unique ballet barre workout with a focus on fat burning cardio, body sculpting, and muscle isolation. This format is a fun exercise experience for any age group. You will feel accomplished and excited after every workout!
BeyondBarre™ Glide: The Beyondbarre GLIDE will utilized the glideboard to help build stronger muscles throughout your legs, core and arms. The sliding side to side motion helps the outer and inner thighs similar to figure skating. This is a low impact fun exercise that ramps the heart rate up in no time!
