Enjoy three hours of exclusive use of our facilities adorned with fresh flowers and theme appropriate decorations. Arrive to the music pumping, the spotlights on, and the disco ball turning, OR to a serene environment with soft lights, calming music playing, warm towels, soft yoga mats, and delicious aromas designed to stimulate calm and tranquility.   

We then provide a customized fitness experience: a 45 to 55 minute time frame where all you do is focus on fitness and fun!. When you’re all done getting out those frustrations and you are re-centered, we provide the POUR! Enjoy the opportunity to wind down and chat with your inner circle while sipping wine, assorted beverages and/or water. All that hard exercise deserves some treat, so partake in the healthy appetizers provided- cheese, crackers, delicious in season fruits, crudités, and some healthy deserts. Set up and clean up included! Price of package for 10 adults; additional cost per additional person over 10.

Prefer a Barre, BodyPump, Spinning or HIIT class before you celebrate with food and drink? {refer a YOGA class or MEDITATION SESSION  to calm you down and re-center you? NO PROBLEM!
