Sign-Up Policy: It is our desire for our clients to sign-up for classes in advance. Classes with less than two registrants will not be run. Advance sign-ups ensure classes will run. Advance sign-ups are subject to our generous cancellation policy.
Cancellation Policy: Our studios were specifically designed to be smaller to help us achieve the effectiveness of our small group training environment and to optimize your wellness experience. Due to this we require any cancellations of class reservations at least 24 hours before any Private or Semi-Private Session or IN PERSON Class. Cancellations made with less than the required notice will incur a charge for the class. Appointments (privates, semi-privates, and duets) must be cancelled within a 24 hour window. If appointments are not canceled within that time, charges may apply.
