5K Walk & Run for Breast Cancer Awareness

  • Where: purespace studio, 40 E.Mill Rd Long Valley, NJ 07853

  • What: Join us for this 5K Walk or Run (in-person or virtually!) to help fight against Breast Cancer. In person, the route will start & end at purespace studio with the rest of the #purespacePINKsquad. Virtually, you'll be sent a zoom link before the event to join us from your neighborhood or local park.

    • Register through Mindbody for your preferred Walk or Run (please make sure you register for the correct option; walk or run, in-person or virtually!)

Power Pilates Training: Core Mat 2

  • When:  Sat 11/6 12p-8p & Sun 11/7 10:30a-6:30p 

  • Where: purespace studio, 40 E.Mill Rd Long Valley, NJ 07853

  • What: ​During the Core Mat II weekend, you will learn 12 intermediate level exercises, including where to add them within the sequence of the beginner level mat class, and continue to work on your teaching skills. Our students say that "everything starts to click" during the Core Mat II weekend. Completing the Core Mat II weekend expands the range of clients you can work with and strengthens your teaching ability. Core Mat I & II are required to progress to the Comprehensive program.
